Fifteen firms are spending an estimated $16 million a month to win New York personal injury cases on Google. We pulled the budgets and opened every live ad library, so you can see the whole board.
Spend buys attention. The number that decides whether it turns into signed cases is cost per active ad, and that is where the order changes.
Note: Heights are symbolic. Morgan & Morgan alone spends more than the other fourteen firms combined.

Morgan & Morgan can run $13.2 million a month nationally and still leave New York wide open for firms that buy cases more efficiently than they do. Big budgets win attention. They do not automatically win signed cases.
Watch the testing culture instead. Kreindler spends $278K against 15 creatives, betting heavy on a handful of guesses. The Barnes Firm rotates closer to 700 variants, and Google tends to reward that range with lower CPCs and stronger Quality Scores over time.
That gap is where signed cases are won and lost. The firms with the widest testing discipline compound an advantage every month their competitors stand still.
